Custom Grip Socks for Pilates Franchise Systems
Master agreement with corporate, locked SKU and pricing for 12 months, per-location POs with split shipping. The procurement structure most franchises wish they had at launch.
The franchise procurement problem
Most custom sock vendors treat franchise systems as one big customer — one order, one ship-to, one invoice. But that’s not how franchise procurement actually works. Locations run on different schedules. Inventory needs vary by location size.
Our franchise model
We work with franchise corporate on a master agreement that locks artwork, SKU spec, and per-pair pricing for 12 months. Locations then place their own POs against that master agreement at the locked tier pricing.
Corporate gets a roll-up invoice. Each location gets a per-store invoice. Shipping goes direct to each location. Brand consistency is enforced through the locked artwork without any inventory burden on corporate.

FAQ
How quickly can corporate set up the master agreement?
Typically 2-3 weeks from initial discussion to signed agreement, depending on internal stakeholders.
Can individual locations adjust the design?
Not under the master agreement — brand consistency is the point. Location-specific variants are possible as separate orders with corporate approval.
What if a new location doesn’t have its own credit terms yet?
New locations under an existing master agreement inherit the corporate terms by default.
Do you accept POs in our procurement system format?
Yes. We’ve worked with NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, and Microsoft Dynamics procurement systems.
Can we run different SKUs for different class formats across locations?
Yes — multiple SKUs under one master agreement at the same locked tier pricing.
What about quality control across high-volume franchise orders?
Every production batch goes through the same QC process regardless of which location the order is for.
